Refund for Received Products

Please read our policy pages before buying anything. Customers are assumed that they agree with our policies when  finished any purchase from us.

 

We strives to ensure the consistency of photos displayed on Shop and the actual products. However, due to different qualities of digital screens, we have no control over the accuracy of product colour to be displayed on the website. Photos and descriptions are based on the true status of the product upon photo-shooting, and should only serve a referencing purpose.Our company reserves the right to edit incorrect or incomplete information without prior notice.

We have a 14-day return for refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return of product is accepted when: (1)the product is damaged. (2) the product cannot function normally. Our company reserved the rights for final decision.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancel or refund or returns on discounted items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at by sending request from the bottom of the main page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost of package/damages during the shipment process. If you wish to add insurance to the delivery, you should notify us before purchasing.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Battery is a consumable parts of the products  In case of any battery issue, it will not be accepted as a refund/return reason.

Custom products cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancel or refund or returns on discounted sale items or gift cards.

Any unclaimed orders after the Late Pick-up Period (subject to the arrangement of the specific delivery courier) will expire and no longer available for pick-up/delivery without further notice. Cancellation or refund will not be accepted.

Please note that any products from us being repaired by another dealer/shop will not be included and accepted in any terms of refund and return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds for returning products
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • A full refund ( *Minus shipping fee & handling fee ) for unused and unopened products.


  • A partial refund ( *Minus shipping fee & handling fee ) For example, removing the protective film. Partial refund amount at the discretion of our quality assurance team, based on inspection of returned product.

  • No refund if the product is damaged / unusable. For example, the watch strap screw has been disassembled. A free replacement is provided only when the products received by customers are damaged/ wrong item.

CAN YOU CANCEL AN ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY?

Cancelling of order will only be accepted when you ask for cancel within the 24 hours the order is created (NOTE1). There will be bank charges everytime we refund to you, please refer to the charges of handling fee for cancelling orders 

 

In case of disputes, Royal Casioak Custom reserves the rights of final decision, including suspending, terminating or changing details of the terms and conditions without prior notice

If your order has already dropped into the processing phase, we are unable to stop the shipping process. Therefore, you will have to return your order for a refund by reaching out for the return during our normal 30 days return policy.

NOTE1: Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancel or refund or returns on discounted items or gift cards.


Handling fee for returning products / cancelling of orders

We will still charge handling fee for both returning products/cancellation of order.

The handling fee of 10% of the grand total of the order or USD53, whichever is higher for orders without modification to the time-mark. The charge handling of 10% is Bank and credit card company fee.

For orders with modification to time-mark, Royal Casioak Custom  will charge handling of 15% of the grand total of the order or USD56, whichever is higher. The charge handling fee includes the handling fee of special time-mark.

What if I do not like the product after I receive it? Can I initiate a refund?

Please note that we DO NOT accept this as an reason for refund. 

All pictures are for reference ONLY. We have lots of different videos/pictures that are available on our Instagram/Facebook. Please think carefully before making any purchase.

Pleade also communicate well to us by sending emails / Instagram direct to us and explain your requests if there's any so we can arrange for that. Otherwise we might not be able to entertain any of your requests after you place your order without notifying us.
