Order processing time:
Our products are on the order-to-made basis and there will be processing time for each order. Processing time is the necessary time for the orders to be made before shipment.
Standard Order Processing time: 7 - 14 days before shipment.

We cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods as much of it comes down to factors outside of our control. However, in normal circumstances, we have the following delivery times:

Delivery Note:
Any unclaimed orders after the Late Pick-up Period (subject to the arrangement of the specific delivery courier) will expire and no longer available for pick-up/delivery without further notice. Either the package is collected by the delivery company/returned to us, Cancellation or refund will not be accepted upon the above situations.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for further information.
**THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING ALL THE DUTIES, TAXES AND LEVIES AS APPLICABLE IN THEIR COUNTRY**
The buyer does not pay import duty or duty. The product is returned by country customs.
Our store will charge a handling fee of 10% of the total order value and will not refund the shipping fee. The buyer is also responsible for the return shipping.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost of package/damages during the shipment process. If you wish to add insurance to the delivery, you should notify us before purchasing. *We highly recommend customers to add insurance to their orders since there will be many unpredictable situation during overseas shipment process*
